One of my favorite things to serve at any party is a fresh fruit tray. I love fresh berries, pineapple, apple slices, melon, and whatever other in season fruit I can find. I love to pair it with this delicious cream cheese fruit dip recipe. Here is my recipe for an easy fruit dip that combines cream cheese and marshmallow cream. It’s a simple, sweet, and creamy dip that works perfect with most fruits.
I don’t know about you, but I’m not a fan of the flavor of most of the pre packaged fruit dips at the store. That’s why I really like this fruit dip recipe, especially for parties or gatherings. It’s always sure to please a crowd! Paired with your favorite fresh fruit either on a fresh fruit tray, or as a sweet addition of a larger charcuterie board. You could also pair this dip with some cookies or sweet crackers.
Cream Cheese Fruit Dip Recipe
- 1~ 8oz package of cream cheese
- 1~ 7 oz (small) jar of marshmallow cream
- 1-2 tablespoons of lemon (0ptional)
Let the cream cheese sit for a few minutes until it’s almost room temperature, then cream the marshmallow cream, cream cheese, and the lemon together with a hand mixer.
You can refrigerate the dip for later, or use it right away. The dip will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator if you use fresh ingredients.
You can use this dip for a football party, graduation, any holiday party, and it’s perfect for a summer cookout, or as your carry in for a pot luck meal. This dip is also perfect to encourage your kids to eat more fresh fruit. Give them a little sweet with their healthy:-)
